How long will it take to activate my new account?
For our ADSL accounts, it will depend entirely on the method of payment.
If you are a new client you could pay by InstantEFT and be activated immediately. If you pay via EFT (electronic funds transfer), you will need to send through the proof of payment to billing@atservice.co.za we will then activate your account for you within 24hours, if you would like to set up a Debit Order you will need to make the first payment via EFT or InstantEFT, there after we will charge your debit account.
If you are an existing Atservice client and pay by debit order your account can be activated immediately.
