Overview
The following article will guide you through configuring your email on an Android device.
You AtService mailbox is also available by logging in to webmail
Requirements
Before you start, be sure you have these handy:
- Your domain name: example.co.za
- Your email address: me@example.co.za
- Your email password.

Let's begin!
Launch your mail Application
Setup Email
2.Enter your full email address and password
Forgotten passwords can be reset from your Cpanel interface
Select Manual Setup
3. For the Account type, we recommend IMAP.
Incoming Server Settings
4. The Mail app may fail to connect - you need to include your full email address as your username.
Configure the other settings:
Security type - None
Port 143
Select Next
Outgoing Server Settings
5. Enter all the relevant information in the screen below and select next

6. Please wait while your settings are tested
Account Options
7. Adjust the account options as preferred
Account Name
8. Specify an optional account name (name@example.co.za) to help you tell the difference between different mail accounts you may have.
9. Enter your Name - this will be displayed in the from field of outgoing emails
10 Select Done
Complete Setup
The account has been setup successfully and your messages will now be downloaded.
Note: If you've just registered your domain you will have to wait for DNS propagation which takes 2-72hours after your domain was registered. If you have any trouble please contact AtService support for assistance.
