If you login to Wordpress but keep getting redirected to the login page
There's a good chance your IP address was blocked on the hosting server. This usually happens due to a misconfiguration of an email client (which keeps retrying a wrong password). This causes your network to be blocked. If you can't find something like this you should check all your devices for malware.
Create a Support Ticket at https://clients.atservice.co.za which includes public IP address
Type WHATSMYIP in google to find our pubic IP. It will look something like this 100.111.222.333
It's important that you get to the bottom of why this happened or you'll simply end up being blocked again shortly after you've been unblocked.
If you login to Wordpress but get an error about your Username / Password
You should reset your password from the login page by clicking forgot password. An email will be sent to the email account associated with your Wordpress installation.
