When moving you need to inform us around 30days before the move. We will move your ADSL line back to Telkom temporarily within 7days. You can then proceed to contact Telkom to arrange the move of your line. This generally takes 14-21 days. Once your move is complete well move your ADSL line back to AtService. You'll receive a bill from Telkom for the time the line was transferred back to them but no line rental bill from AtService for this time.
