Why this happens
Don't panic yet. Try connecting to other websites. If you can't you're probably offline.
The biggest reason this could happen would be that you don't have an internet connection.
- Try restarting your computer.
- Check that you have data available on your Internet package.
- Restart your Internet Connection by turning your modem off and back on.
- Contact your Internet Service provider.
