NB if you're setting up Outlook you should turn on Authentication for outgoing email.
AtService Managed Hosting Customers
You will receive an email username and password when we create an email address on your behalf. If you don't have a record of your password you can create a support request and ask for a password reset for your email.
Self Service Hosting Customers
If you're using self service hosting you should login to DirectAdmin and reset the password(s) yourself.
