Can I pay by Debit Order?

Can I pay by Debit Order?

We've offered Debit Order for many years with great success. AtService is pleased to say that we pride ourselves in billing as agreed. And our invoices are transparent which leads to little misunderstanding in our billing. But Debit orders have become more expensive in recent years due to increased fees from banks as a result of fraudulent R99 scam operators.

At this point, we feel that this type of payment system is not relevant to us or our customers as it would require us to increase our pricing substantially for some services.

We've decided to implement a subscription payment alternative instead.

What is a Subscription Payment

  • Our subscription payment method is a way you can authorize monthly payment by Credit Card or Cheque card.
  • It's a convenient service similar to Debit order that saves you the time of making monthly payments manually.
  • Many customers already have Cheque cards issued by banks. So this service is available already to most customers

How is it similar to Debit Order

  • You enter your Card details once and authorize the monthly payment for services.
  • Payment is secured by Payfast.co.za with Bank Grade security.
  • Monthly payments are deducted automatically on the agreed date.

Benefits

  • Lower Bank fees than Debit order - is charged like a card swipe by your bank.
  • More Control. You can choose to stop the subscription at any time by contacting us or by contacting Payfast (our 3rd party payment provider).
