Changing the date a service is due:

General Products & Services
When you start a new service (ie.e hosting) with us your service will renew each month from the date of sign-up. For most services, the date can be changed and you will pay a pro rata fee for the extra days your service shifts by.
Internet Services
Payments for Internet services are due on or before the last day of every calendar month. This is a product rule and as such this date cannot be changed.
- You can however change the date you pay on by keeping a positive credit balance in your account.
- When your invoice becomes due this credit will be used to pay your invoice.
- You can then top-up your account with credit at any time before your next invoice.
