When are my services due?
There are several ways you can learn about when invoices are due. Generally, as service will invoice 30days after the first invoice. The exception to this is Internet connections which are due on the last day of the month.
We send out notifications
Your invoice will be generated 7days before it is due. We know what it's like when you're busy and trying to keep track of everything.
So we send out several reminders about due invoices.
My Services in Client Area
You can view your services in the client area by navigating to Service (Menu) => My Services.
Here you can view the different services and their next due date.
On your invoice
We include the date we are invoicing for on each service on your invoices. i.e.
Internet (20/06/2020 - 20/07/2020)
In this case, your next invoice will be due on the 21/07/2020
